About the role
- Provide strategic leadership across ATG’s engineering disciplines including Civil, Structural, and MEP.
- Oversee and coordinate activities of the Technical Services group and technical staff.
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of projects.
- Ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance with laws.
- Drive operational efficiency and foster collaboration across departments.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline in partnership with internal recruiting team.
- Track utilization and project profitability using CRM tools.
- Ensure seamless logistics coordination for all service engagements.
- Formulate company policies and set long-term Professional Services goals.
- Manage service offerings including outsourcing, production, consulting, and implementations/training.
- Review project health weekly and oversee issue resolution.
- Ensure quality control, deliverable accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Lead team management: onboarding, scheduling, training, certifications, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of AEC industry experience with advanced knowledge in Autodesk products across engineering disciplines.
- Proven ability to manage and develop teams of 10+ technical specialists.
- Strong project management experience.
- Ability to mentor, train, and develop technical staff.
- Excellent organizational, relationship management, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook), Bluebeam, and CRM/project tracking tools.
