About the role

  • Work with other Systems Engineers, Architects, and Field Engineering teams
  • Contributing to the design, administration, maintenance, and management of core information technology resources and systems
  • Participate as part of a tier III operational support structure
  • Responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures governing backup and recovery
  • Ensure maximum uptime and system availability
  • Develop and adhere to operational and change management policies
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives dependent on information technologies
  • Active participant in an on-call rotation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience supporting the management of complex information technology components
  • LAN/WAN environments including wireless topologies
  • Network routing, network segmentation, and network protocols
  • Server and storage virtualization
  • End-user device management including desktop virtualization
  • Security monitoring and mitigation
  • Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring software
  • Healthcare IT experience preferred
  • Preferred vendor experience includes Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Palo Alto, Rubrik, SolorWinds, KACE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office
