About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process for complex enterprise applications.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions.
  • Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
  • Define scalable interaction patterns and design systems for workflow-driven applications.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Deliver detailed engineering handoffs and support implementation through design QA.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
  • Contribute to the design of modern, scalable, AI-enabled enterprise experiences.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products.
  • Proven experience independently leading end-to-end UX/UI design projects.
  • Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and systems thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
  • Experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting implementation through engineering handoff and design QA.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Experience designing AI-enabled or workflow-heavy enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Understanding of front-end implementation principles (HTML/CSS/component-based development) is a plus.
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).
