About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and maintain a well-groomed product backlog
- Lead cross-functional project delivery
- Act as the primary coordination point between internal engineering teams and external API or integration partners
- Translate business and partner requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Support onboarding of API and integration partners
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and cross-functional working sessions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze logs, error reports, and support tickets
- Deliver weekly status reports to stakeholders
- Present change requests to the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical BA
- Strong fluency in Agile and Scrum
- Strong product ownership mindset
- Proven ability to act as a liaison between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners
- Excellent technical communication skills
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and authentication concepts
- Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong documentation skills
- Advanced English proficiency with conversational fluency
