About the role

  • Manage legal intake, tracking, and ticket triage.
  • Maintain contract and corporate documents' repository, signature processes, and templates.
  • Support compliance procedures and other filings.
  • Document version control and audit support.
  • Coordinate internal processes logistics within the legal team.
  • External providers onboarding, preparation of NDAs and standard contracts.
  • Assist other team members with KYC processes, bank filings Commercial, and other commercial matters.

Requirements

  • Higher education (students accepted).
  • Ability and desire to learn and work.
  • Willingness to work on routine tasks.
  • Basic legal knowledge (understanding of legal terminology and processes (contracts, compliance, litigation lifecycle basics)), awareness of confidentiality, privilege, and data protection principles, familiarity with corporate structures and governance documents (at a basic level).
  • Organisational skills (time management, prioritisation in a fast-paced environment, document organisation and version control discipline, etc.).
  • Basic project management skills (e.g., tracking timelines, updating project plans, monitoring deliverables).
  • Problem-solving & initiative resourcefulness (ability to identify when something is outside your scope and escalate appropriately, willingness to propose and implement small process improvements).
  • Professional mindset (discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information, commitment to accuracy and quality, adaptability to evolving priorities).
  • Communication & collaboration (clear written and verbal communication, ability to draft clear meeting notes, summaries, simple documents, status updates, and process documentation, professional email etiquette).
  • Technology & tools (use of AI instruments, proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, basic knowledge of legal tech tools, e-billing, document management systems, learning comfortably and quickly adapting to new software).
  • Will be an advantage: Legal background/formal training (completed or ongoing degree in law, etc.).
  • Experience in a similar position.
