About the role
- Build RnD’s analytics foundation from scratch — from data pipelines to dashboards
- Define and track key metrics across product, growth, and marketing
- Deliver insights that directly shape product features, marketing decisions, and growth experiments
- Implement basic attribution to understand where our best users come from
- Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and leadership to make data-informed decisions
- Drive a culture of speed, clarity, and measurable impact through analytics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with modern analytics stacks (e.g., dbt, BigQuery, Looker, Metabase)
- Proven track record of turning data into business impact
- Solid understanding of product funnels, growth metrics, and marketing attribution
- Ability to move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver high-quality work with limited guidance
- Clear communication skills — able to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ownership mindset: identify problems, solve them, and improve things beyond own scope
- Advantage: Experience with Clickhouse
