About the role
- Proactively define growth opportunities and drive the Team's objectives with actionable data insights and hypotheses.
- Plan A/B tests, analyse, and give final recommendations.
- Provide the Team with all needed analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Have 2 years of experience in product analytics.
- Have experience with hypothesis generation and A/B-tests.
- Are confident in writing SQL queries.
- Are familiar with BI tools (preferably, Tableau).
- Driven by a passion for numbers and data insights.
- Work autonomously and ready to take responsibility for the Team's goals.
- Will be an advantage: 1+ year of experience with mobile apps.
- Experience with social discovery or dating products.
- Experience with ClickHouse databases.
- Knowledge of Python or R.
- Predictive modelling/ML skills.
