About the role
- Owns day‑to‑day technical delivery coordination for code conversion workstreams
- Acts as the primary coordination point between vendor engineers and internal technology teams
- Drives execution transparency by managing delivery plans, risks, assumptions, and status reporting
- Partners with engineering, DevOps, and environment leads
- Coordinates technical reviews, defect triage, and readiness checkpoints
- Supports stakeholder communication and change readiness
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream technology initiatives
- Hands-on experience supporting code conversion or modernization programs
- Working understanding of legacy and modern application stacks
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a single coordination point across vendors, internal engineering teams, platform/environment teams, and downstream testing partners
- Experience operating within agile or hybrid delivery models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
