About the role
- Conduct sales conversations with entrepreneurs and decision-makers.
- Your goal: close → upsell → long-term customer
- You will work with a high-converting entry product that serves as a door opener and offers significant upsell potential.
- Average deal size: €1,500 – €8,000
- Lead sales negotiations
- Close deals
- Develop customers (upsell / upgrades)
- Work directly with sales leadership
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
- At least 1 year of experience in digital sales (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- You work independently and in a structured way
- You are motivated to exchange performance for income (performance-based compensation)
- Nice to have: recruiting or HR-sales experience.
