Provide deep technical expertise and leadership in radar system design, development, and deployment.
Act as a primary technical resource for radar-related projects.
Offer guidance on radar system architecture, technology selection, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review technical documentation, and contribute to strategic decisions.
Mentor junior engineers and support proposal development and client engagements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline
7+ years of hands-on experience in radar engineering, including system design, analysis, and integration
Recognized subject matter expert in radar technology, signal processing, and radar system performance
Strong knowledge of radar architectures, waveforms, and sensor technologies
Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and other radar simulation and analysis tools
Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineering staff
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Capability to contribute to technical proposals and client interactions
US Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
