About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the social strategy across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Direct a roster of creators, affiliates, and videographers
Manage the full creator lifecycle, from sourcing to delivery
Plan and run shoots, maintaining a high-quality content pipeline
Day-to-day social management, including posting and responding to comments
Source and onboard new micro and UGC creators
Monthly social KPIs and reporting with clear analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independently owned a channel or social strategy with demonstrable results
Think in systems: build repeatable processes and run disciplined creative tests
AI-native in practice: automate creator outreach, generate and test creative variance
Coordinated creative teams in an agency or in-house environment
Hands-on videography and editing experience
Knowledge of YouTube, including Shorts, Reels, and TikTok
Relentless at sourcing and signing creators
Self-directed and able to manage multiple creator workstreams
