About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute global Medical Affairs strategy for EoE
Serve as a senior, strategic, thought partner across multiple teams and forums within Apogee
Establish global KOL relationships and build scientific leadership in the field
Support clinical development, site identification, and evidence generation
Collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced professional degree (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO)
10+ years in a progressive biotech or pharmaceutical company with significant experience leading Medical Affairs strategy
Strong expertise in EoE required
Additional experience in other inflammation and immunology disease states preferred
Proven track record of success in Medical Affairs
Excellent communication and strategic thinking

Position requires up to 40% travel including mandatory in-person attendance at All Hands meetings typically held twice per year. Additional travel may be required to attend key team meetings and medical or industry conferences, both in the US and Europe
