About the role

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning solutions into existing systems

Requirements

  • Experience with Agentic programming, Agents development using Microsoft technologies, or OpenAI
  • Proficiency in machine learning technologies, models, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, and proficiency in using AI/ML libraries
  • Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and maintaining data quality
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment of ML solutions
  • Knowledge of algorithm optimization and fine-tuning ML models for enhanced performance
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work within cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is required
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment
  • Experience working with CRM-based AI solutions and consulting clients is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, innovative approach to technology challenges
