About the role
- Support discovery and validation of new product initiatives (e.g., new credit products, payment experiences, service integrations, card products, etc.)
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market benchmarking to inform product opportunities
- Translate hypotheses into structured experiments (A/B tests, pilots, MVP launches)
- Partner with Risk, Growth, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to define requirements and launch early-stage products
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), define acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritization
- Monitor KPIs for emerging products (adoption, activation, revenue, repayment behavior, retention, unit economics)
- Use SQL and analytics tools to analyze experiment results, user behavior, and product performance
- Support go-to-market coordination including product positioning, internal enablement, and FAQ documentation
- Identify operational bottlenecks and help design scalable processes before full product scale
- Contribute to roadmap planning for near-term bets and long-term strategic opportunities
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in product management, strategy, consulting, growth, analytics, or fintech
- Experience working in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting firms, tech companies, fintech)
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, MVP launches, pilot programs)
- Intermediate SQL skills (ability to extract and analyze data independently)
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking; you are comfortable working with data to support decisions
- Structured problem-solving skills; you can break ambiguous problems into actionable steps
- Ability to define clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria
- Strong written communication; you can write concise PRDs and executive summaries
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities
