About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct recruitment and selection processes for different areas of the company.
- Align job profiles with the respective hiring managers.
- Create, post, and manage job openings on the recruitment platform (Gupy).
- Screen resumes and perform active candidate sourcing (hunting).
- Support the organization and execution of in-person selection stages.
- Ensure continuous communication and feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports using Google Sheets.
- Support data organization and process flows in tools (Pipefy).
- Contribute to continuous improvements of recruitment processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives and enhance the candidate experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection.
- Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Gupy.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Prior experience in the education sector is desirable.
- Familiarity with process-flow tools such as Pipefy.
- Differentials:
- Degree in People Management or related fields.
- Experience managing a large volume of job openings.
- Experience in selection processes for different hierarchical levels.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, selection funnel, etc.).
- Behavioral:

- Strong deadline management skills

Comp & perks- Employment regime: CLT (Brazilian statutory employment contract)
- Work arrangement: Remote (home office) with occasional visits to schools in Curitiba and surrounding areas (pre-scheduled)
- Working hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
