Develop key knowledge on the most promising markets
Map key actors of the ecosystems targeted
Analyze Aperam’s targeted differentiators (products, solutions and production capabilities…) versus competitors and other products (aluminum, carbon steel, plastics, etc.)
Elaborate business plans to support the elaboration of business model
Contribute to the preparation of the Steering Committees to define the growth strategy
Requirements
You hold a Master's degree in Engineering
You show a deep interest in the strategy, marketing and commercial development of innovative products.
You are proficient in digital technologies
You have a first experience in the the Aeronautic, Defense and/or Electronics markets, ideally in a strategic consulting role
You demonstrate excellent analytical and conceptual skills in the technical Engineering area
You show creativity in your approach to identify big potential markets and their future trends
You enjoy teamwork in a high level strategic context, while being autonomous
You are dynamic and fast in execution, with an entrepreneurial mindset
You are self-confident, very targets and results oriented and appealed to contribute to the growth and expansion of Aperam into brand new markets
You show an appetite for Business Development activities in the near future
You like technical and commercial challenges and are very quality oriented in your day-to-day mission
Fluency in English is required, French is an asset
Willingness to travel to Aperam offices and other required locations.
