About the role

  • Manage and implement a wide range of strategic communications campaigns for high profile healthcare clients
  • Support to design and implement multi-faceted, integrated campaigns to position client issues and priorities
  • Create and edit high-quality written deliverables, such as bespoke messaging, issue backgrounders, briefings, press materials, and social media content
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives, positioning clients as industry experts
  • Develop compelling communications and content to convey complex policy and/or social issues
  • Monitor developments in key client issue areas and flag opportunities for further client engagement
  • Participate in business development activities including writing proposals and developing pitch decks

Requirements

  • At least 6-9 years of strategic communications, health or public affairs campaign experience
  • 6–9 years of experience in strategic communications, combined with solid experience in the healthcare industry
  • Exceptional writing and analytical skills, and the ability to write both strategically and creatively under tight deadlines
  • Outstanding presentation skills including the ability to engage an executive leadership
  • Solid project management experience, including overseeing a team and multiple deliverables
