About the role
- Train and coach best practices with Service Team as provided by DealerPRO
- Build relationships and earn respect within all departments and at all levels within the dealership.
- Must be able to communicate in an effective manner with dealership personnel in order to properly execute directives as given.
- Work independently and manage work schedule while on assignment.
- Complete Compliance review/training on all applicable federal and state laws and regulations
- Maintain Monthly Comparison Reports for performance improvement and accountability
- Prepare Monthly Contact Reports for training compliance
- Install Performance Based Pay Plans as needed
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2+ years as Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director
- Experience in training service personnel is a PLUS
- Experience in conducting Fixed operations Workshops is a PLUS
