About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns, including short-form/snackable content (e.g., short clips and nuggets), creative pieces, corporate/institutional videos and product/launch content
Interpret briefs and collaborate on scriptwriting and audiovisual storytelling
Capture video and audio in studio or on location, ensuring proper lighting, framing and sound quality
Perform full video editing, including cuts, color grading, audio treatment, subtitles and final delivery
Create and animate basic motion graphics elements such as titles, stings, lettering and transitions
Develop or recommend strategic thumbnails using attention triggers and social-media best practices
Adapt content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and others)
Participate in pre-production and alignment meetings with the marketing team
Assist in preparing briefs and scoping audiovisual projects
Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all produced materials
Organize files, projects and backups in a structured manner
Contribute creative and innovative ideas for campaigns and projects
Present results and materials clearly and objectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in video editing and audiovisual production
Creative, proactive and dynamic profile
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong sense of pacing, musicality and edit timing
Continuous interest in professional development and learning
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
Knowledge of motion graphics
Experience with color grading and audio treatment
Creation and insertion of subtitles (SRT or native)
Understanding of audiovisual storytelling and script development
Familiarity with trends in social-video content
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
