- Turn Ailean’s technology, customer impact and vision into a clear, compelling narrative
- Define and evolve Ailean’s core narrative
- Decide which channels matter and shape messaging for each
- Brief designers, freelancers, agencies and set direction
Requirements
- 5+ years in strategy, communication, consulting, or startup roles
- Experience shaping narratives, not just executing content
- Worked close to founders or leadership before
- Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement.
