About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the annual strategic planning process for the Operations Division.
  • Provide commercial oversight of transformation and operational investments, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in strategic planning, commercial finance, portfolio investment, corporate strategy or transformation.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence investment decisions.
  • Experience developing and reviewing business cases, benefit frameworks and value realisation plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify performance drivers and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and scenario modelling capability, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide decision making.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and creating structure in evolving environments.
