About the role
- Design, develop, and deliver complex software solutions across the full development lifecycle
- Work with modern web application stack including Python-based backends and Vue.js frontends
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team members
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Python programming and backend development
- Proficiency with Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and deployment
- Deep understanding of full software development lifecycle
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
