About the role
- Ensure targets are met through monitoring of performance indicators
- Develop the team and build a strong, engaged culture
- Responsible for commercial KPIs
- Monitor individual and location performance
- Lead daily stand-ups, checkpoints and evaluations of customer interactions
- Implement and execute operational procedures and routines
Requirements
- Strong hands-on leadership skills
- Data-driven management
- Ability to develop sales teams
- Experience with commercial KPIs (sales per point of sale, conversions per visit, closer efficiency)
- Experience monitoring individual and location performance
- Ability to run dailys, checkpoints and evaluations of customer interactions
- Knowledge in implementing and executing operational procedures and management routines
- Ability to lead and follow up on individual development plans (PDI)
- Experience organizing internal events and recognition processes
- Knowledge in defining development tracks, training programs and career path strategies
- Ability to co-create the ideal closer profile
- Support to local/commercial leadership on ad-hoc strategies
- Ability to support process standardization and resolve bottlenecks
- Ability to ensure execution of administrative routines (Help Center, Quality, etc.)
