About the role

  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
  • Build and maintain Kubernetes deployment workflows using GitOps with ArgoCD
  • Operate and optimize containerized workloads across test and production environments
  • Monitor observability in Grafana, including dashboards, alerting, and SLOs
  • Strengthen security around secrets management, runtime access, and service-to-service communication
  • Drive incident readiness, troubleshooting, and post-incident improvements
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience and release confidence

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
  • Proven production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD
  • Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable with secrets and configuration management
  • Prefer automation by default and think pragmatically about what to improve next
  • Can demonstrate how you use AI tools effectively in daily workflow
