About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead efforts focused on development of product capabilities
Define and prioritize the product vision, goals, and roadmap with the team and stakeholders
Lead requirements gathering for high-level features and epics with Product Marketing, Reliability, Technical Service and Support, and System Engineering
Coordinate with other Product Owners to deliver value
Keep the team moving through the sprint cycle
Ensure enough refined, right-sized stories are ready for implementation
Participate in sprint planning and review ceremonies
Keep delivery predictable and ensure completed stories meet the definition of done
Provide data-driven estimates and metrics
Drive backlog refinement activities across the team's stories
Prepare and present sprint accomplishments
Gather and present project and sprint data to the management team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience working with hardware or firmware products, either as a developer or as a product owner
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Significant experience using Agile methodologies in a Product Owner role
Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer first mindset
Confidence engaging directly with firmware and hardware engineering teams on technical trade-offs and constraints
Established background launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
Comfortable with prototyping and iterative development
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
Proactive, self-starter mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
