About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own complex cross-functional strategic initiatives for Treasury, including potentially standing up an in-house bank, establishing cash forecasting, or supporting capital raises
Build Treasury’s AI tooling using Claude to create dashboards and automations
Consolidate and optimize banking relationships across the company
Own Treasury’s work integrating M&A acquisitions, including Treasury-related due diligence and integration
Establish the operating cadence for accurate and timely recurring Treasury obligations
Track completion of debt-related, SOX, and other regular requirements to maintain compliance
Design and automate cross-functional deliverables, including a Treasury dashboard for the CFO and audit committee materials
Report directly to the Treasurer

Requirements

What you’ll need

Corporate Treasury experience spanning multiple disciplines, such as cash management, liquidity, banking, debt, investments, or risk
Track record of managing and executing complex Treasury-related projects across functions
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and process automation
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build internal and external relationships
Preferred: 8+ years in Corporate Treasury across multiple disciplines
Preferred: Experience designing or operating an in-house bank, treasury center, or comparable centralized treasury structure
Preferred: Direct exposure to bank relationship management and bank fee analysis, including fee structures and service pricing
Preferred: Treasury integration experience in a merger or acquisition
Preferred: Experience supporting capital raises
Preferred: Experience at a rapidly scaling company where Treasury processes had to be rebuilt
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Relevant field of study demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Experience level must correlate with the internal job level requirements
