About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run end-to-end sourcing operations across data center hardware categories
- Own operational rhythm with suppliers, including scorecards and reviews
- Negotiate commercial terms aligned with deployment plans
- Triage supplier issues across programs and drive decisions
- Build workflows for benchmarking, quotes, analysis, and reporting
- Produce deal memos, reviews, and operational readouts for leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations
- Operationally rigorous and comfortable owning supplier performance
- Ability to move smoothly between different hardware category negotiations
- Strong structure in undefined problems under ambiguity
- Influence cross-functional partners and align them around shared standards
- Clear written communication with actionable artifacts
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
