About the role

  • Own cluster-level deployment strategy
  • Set rack interface standards for deployment
  • Drive multi-threaded cluster bring-up programs
  • Partner with internal engineering teams to translate cluster requirements
  • Lead external partner execution for projects
  • Improve cluster turn-up reliability and repeatability
  • Define and track deployment KPIs
  • Coordinate cross-functional readiness for production-ready capacity
  • Provide executive visibility on deployment progress
  • Design cluster interfaces for durability
  • Build cluster layout and BOM tooling

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in hyperscale datacenter environments
  • Experience delivering AI, HPC, or high-density compute clusters at scale
  • Ability to operate across IT hardware and facility infrastructure
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong systems thinking with execution discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
