About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain electrical basis of design and technical specifications for power distribution
Review and approve electrical design packages from partners and consultants
Perform engineering studies and analyses for design decisions
Partner with external teams to improve construction efficiency and productization

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of electrical engineering experience in mission-critical facilities
Degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field; PE licensure valued but not required
Hands-on experience with electrical construction documents, single-line diagrams, and equipment specifications
Proficient in power systems analysis and tools like SKM, ETAP, or EasyPower
Understanding of critical power topologies (2N, N+1, distributed redundant, block redundant)
Direct experience with electrical equipment manufacturers
Ability to communicate with technical peers and non-specialist stakeholders
Results-oriented attitude with a willingness to take on various responsibilities
