Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical management experience of prospect research, fundraising database management, or gift management
Business partnering across fundraising and the interface between key operational functions within the charity such as finance, tech, legal and comms
Proven record of leading and motivating a team, ideally within a fundraising operations team
An understanding of high value fundraising and experience of Campaign Development
A strategic thinker, responsible for ensuring the Fundraising Strategic plan is on track
