Solicitor/Associate – Banking and Finance

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise lender clients on development finance transactions from structuring through to completion
- Lead and manage matters, coordinating parties and driving transactions efficiently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the banking and housing sectors
- Draft and negotiate key finance documents with attention to detail
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified solicitor/Associate with 3+ years’ PQE in banking/finance
- Strong lender-side experience in real estate finance
- Exposure to social housing finance transactions desirable
- Proven ability to manage complex matters and stakeholder relationships
