Key responsibilities & impact- Support housing litigation casework from pre‑action to litigation
- Draft court documents under supervision
- Liaise with courts, counsel, experts and clients
- Assist with billing, settlements and reporting
- Maintain accurate time recording and case files
Requirements
What you’ll need- Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience preferred but not essential
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication
- IT‑literate with case management systems
- Interest in housing or property litigation
