About the role
- Lead and manage complex projects
- Ensure quality and compliance with contractual requirements, budgets and deadlines
- Supervise project teams and subcontractors
- Manage technical, financial and contractual aspects
- Prepare cost estimates, draft complex proposals and negotiate contract amendments
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level)
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in an engineering consultancy or environmental consulting firm specializing in contaminated sites and soils
- Proven experience delivering large-scale contaminated site projects (management plans, remediation design plans, and construction supervision/project management of remediation works on public and private contracts)
- Ability to provide proactive recommendations and advisory support to stakeholders
- Strong writing and synthesis skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong team orientation
- Flexibility in managing tasks
- Valid driver's license (Category B) required
- Good command of English appreciated
