About the role

  • Ensure operational monitoring of drilling subcontractors: verify correct execution of methods, confirm compliance with plans and procedures, and manage interfaces between the various stakeholders
  • Maintain a very high level of safety during interventions: apply and enforce HSE rules, perform risk analyses, supervise toolbox talks and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Control the quality of services: ensure compliance with technical standards, identify deviations and implement corrective actions

Requirements

  • Degree level equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5 (Associate to Master’s) in Building and Public Works, Civil Engineering, Public Works, or related technical fields
  • Prior experience in site or works supervision is a plus, but recent graduates are welcome
  • Basic knowledge of drilling, geotechnical work, hydrogeology or site supervision is ideal; training will be provided on our activities
  • Valid driving licence (category B) required
