About the role
- Participate in a variety of study assignments (diagnostic studies, zoning, regulatory studies, modeling, hydraulic structure sizing, watershed definition, facility audits, etc.) in drinking water, sanitation and stormwater.
- Conduct field reconnaissance missions, surveys and on-site measurements.
- Manage projects from technical, financial, contractual and stakeholder perspectives.
- Prepare and lead meetings with project stakeholders.
- Supervise engineers and technicians within dedicated project teams according to your experience and skills.
- Contribute to the team's commercial activities, notably by drafting and preparing bids and following up with clients.
Requirements
- Education and experience: Engineering degree (grande école or university) in the field of water and/or hydraulics, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering consultancy performing general studies in water, sanitation and/or stormwater, or in project management/engineering in the same fields.
- Strong expertise in diagnostic studies for sanitation, drinking water and stormwater;
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to lead presentation meetings and public meetings;
- Autonomy, rigor, excellent organizational skills, and a taste for teamwork;
- Analytical and synthesis abilities, strong writing skills and the capacity to provide regular progress reporting on your projects.
- Experience in public procurement/management of public contracts;
- Proficiency with GIS tools.
- Professional experience in project management/engineering (maîtrise d'œuvre) is not required but would be an advantage.
