Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in a product, consulting, or solution design role — with clear ownership of complex, large-scale engagements
Deep, genuine AI-first orientation: you default to AI approaches, you've built things with LLMs
Ability to build and validate working solutions
Experience owning product requirements end-to-end: use cases, acceptance criteria, capability maps, and handoff to engineering
Comfort with data and databases
Track record of managing large, complex projects
Strong written and verbal communication.
