About the role
- Partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives
- Monitor performance, adoption, and relevance of AI agents
- Apply prompt engineering and context-tuning techniques
- Identify opportunities for optimization and expand use cases
- Ensure Agents deliver insights that drive engagement and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on data analysis, problem-solving, or related quantitative skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in consulting, customer-facing operations, analytics, or another role involving data-driven decision making
- Partner with senior leaders across enterprise-scale organizations to align AI agent capabilities with strategic business priorities
- Build credibility with stakeholders, drive adoption and measurable outcomes
- Experience with designing, refining, and maintaining prompts and context to optimize AI agent outputs
- Experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
- High level of proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Experience with SQL, JSON, and Python (basic scripting)
