Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally on behalf of our business clients
Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
Take accurate, clear messages and relay them to clients in real time
Schedule appointments and provide general client support per client instructions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong empathy, active listening, and professional telephone manners
Attention to detail and the ability to type accurately while on a call
Reliable internet and dedicated workspace to ensure a professional setting
Dependability consistent attendance is essential in a 24/7 operation
Availability to work at least one weekend day
