  • Line management of the Software Engineering team
  • Coordination of resource utilization, project assignments, recruiting and professional development of team members
  • Definition of standardized processes and methodologies
  • Close collaboration with other engineering team leads and stakeholders
  • Definition of forward‑looking technologies and their implementation in projects
  • Management of project dependencies
  • Support in the preparation and review of proposals

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in software development and in designing software architectures for complex systems
  • Experience with requirements engineering, model‑based development and agile software development methodologies
  • Experience in object‑oriented programming with C++ and PLC programming
  • High commitment, strong reliability, excellent communication skills and empathy
  • Good command of written and spoken English
