About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform maintenance and repair work on digital printing systems in the customer's production environment on-site
Device installations and network connections
Independent fault analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting
Provide telephone support to customers for malfunctions and issues (first-level support) from the home office
Reporting of maintenance and service calls in the ticketing system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training in prepress or print engineering, or experience in prepress or digital print operations
Good technical understanding of printing processes and technologies
Strong interest in technical systems
Solution-oriented thinking combined with a high level of customer and service orientation
Good time management, personal responsibility and ability to work independently
Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills
Driver's license (class B) and willingness to travel within western Austria
