Executive Operations Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate meetings, including prospects, customers, investors, advisors, and partner meetings for Anomaly’s executive team.
- Serve as a professional point of contact when coordinating with external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and plan company off-sites, team gatherings, leadership meetings, and board meetings.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding by partnering with HR, IT, and hiring managers.
- Own the day-to-day operations of Anomaly's NYC office.
- Support ad hoc operational initiatives and cross-functional projects, as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools
- Based in the New York City metro area and available to work from Anomaly's NYC office at least three days per week
