About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate meetings, including prospects, customers, investors, advisors, and partner meetings for Anomaly’s executive team.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact when coordinating with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and plan company off-sites, team gatherings, leadership meetings, and board meetings.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding by partnering with HR, IT, and hiring managers.
  • Own the day-to-day operations of Anomaly's NYC office.
  • Support ad hoc operational initiatives and cross-functional projects, as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and modern collaboration tools
  • Based in the New York City metro area and available to work from Anomaly's NYC office at least three days per week
