About the role

  • Support the German-speaking seller team in identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
  • Create and update sales materials, presentations and proposals in German
  • Research potential customers, market segments and competitors
  • Assist with customer communication: follow-ups, scheduling and documentation
  • Assist with small projects between Sales, Pre‑Sales and Engineering, e.g., providing input for solution ideas or technical translations

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a university program in business, engineering, computer science or a related field
  • Some experience or interest in sales, customer contact or commercial/administrative tasks
  • Internships or part-time jobs in relevant areas are a plus
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written; good English is an advantage
  • Resilience and energy: you remain calm and focused during busy periods and actively seek solutions rather than problems
  • Self-starter mentality: you like to take initiative, are well organized and keep an overview without close supervision
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for active participation and initiative
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems desirable but not required
