About the role
- Support the German-speaking seller team in identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
- Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
- Create and update sales materials, presentations and proposals in German
- Research potential customers, market segments and competitors
- Assist with customer communication: follow-ups, scheduling and documentation
- Assist with small projects between Sales, Pre‑Sales and Engineering, e.g., providing input for solution ideas or technical translations
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a university program in business, engineering, computer science or a related field
- Some experience or interest in sales, customer contact or commercial/administrative tasks
- Internships or part-time jobs in relevant areas are a plus
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written; good English is an advantage
- Resilience and energy: you remain calm and focused during busy periods and actively seek solutions rather than problems
- Self-starter mentality: you like to take initiative, are well organized and keep an overview without close supervision
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for active participation and initiative
- Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems desirable but not required
- Flexible working hours that can easily be combined with your studies
