About the role

  • Support the German-speaking sales team in identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
  • Create and update sales materials, presentations, and proposals in German
  • Conduct research on potential customers, market segments, and competitors
  • Assist with customer communication: follow-ups, appointment management, documentation
  • Help with small projects involving Sales, Pre-Sales, and Engineering, e.g., providing input for solution ideas or technical translations

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Some experience or strong interest in sales, customer-facing roles, or commercial tasks
  • Internships or part-time jobs in related areas are a plus
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English is an advantage
  • Resilience and energy: you stay calm and focused when things get busy and proactively look for solutions
  • Self-starter mentality: you enjoy working independently, are well organized, and keep an overview even without close supervision
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for active participation, and initiative
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems is desirable but not required
