About the role

  • Support the German-speaking seller team in identifying and maintaining leads and opportunities
  • Prepare and maintain sales pipelines in the CRM system
  • Create and update sales materials, presentations and proposals in German
  • Research potential customers, market segments and competitors
  • Assist with customer communication: follow-ups, appointment scheduling, documentation
  • Help with small projects across Sales, Pre‑Sales and Engineering, e.g. providing input for solution ideas or technical translations

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • Some experience or interest in sales, customer-facing roles or administrative/business tasks
  • Internships or part-time jobs in related fields are a plus
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English is an advantage
  • Resilience and energy: you stay calm and focused when things get busy and look for solutions rather than problems
  • Self-starter mentality: you enjoy taking initiative, can organize yourself well and keep track without close supervision
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for active participation and initiative
  • Confident user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint & Excel); experience with CRM systems is desirable but not required
