About the role
- Budget management and period-end closings
- Establish and coordinate budget processes (annual budget, forecasts, medium-term plan).
- Contribute to monthly and annual closings in close collaboration with Accounting, operations, and support functions.
- Ensure monthly budget control and variance analysis.
- Prepare business commentary and provide a clear view of performance.
- Produce and analyze client profitability, understand trends and recommend actions to improve profitability.
- Determine product/service costs and participate in optimizing cost models.
- Contribute to the implementation, development, and improvement of reporting tools and dashboards.
- Work to improve the reliability of accounting and management data to ensure the relevance of analyses and decisions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or equivalent (e.g., business school MSc, Master CCA, Management Control…)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in management control, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency with IT tools, notably advanced Excel.
- Ability to synthesize.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, results-oriented and ability to challenge data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with operational teams and support functions.
