About the role
- Automate and digitize production data collection.
- Analyze performance (OEE / TRG / TRS, losses, throughput/rates).
- Identify and drive concrete improvement actions.
- Deploy Lean tools: 5S, SMED, Kaizen, problem solving.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, cost and delivery.
- Promote visual management and a culture of standardization.
- Train and raise awareness among shop-floor teams on Lean best practices.
- Evolve performance indicators to increase productivity.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in process engineering, chemistry, production, or continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean tools and industrial analysis methods
- Prior industrial/manufacturing experience required
- Autonomous, team-oriented, practical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, technically inclined and comfortable in demanding environments
