About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with clients of functional / musculoskeletal based assessment
Conduct acute rehabilitation, chronic disease management, improving mobility and function
Engage in falls prevention and management
Perform chronic pain management
Conduct subacute rehabilitation and post surgical rehabilitation
Contribute to improving organisation processes and staff training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
2 years physio experience, experience in aged care or community is desirable
Previous experience in assessing & treating a diverse population (acute, subacute, geriatric, palliative care) and a commitment to the delivery of evidence-based practice in this population.
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
High level of communication and interpersonal skills, strong focus on customer service.
Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
