About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enable activities to facilitate delivery of planned and emergent capital projects
Develop solutions in line with corporate governance and delivery route goals
Ensure solutions comply with Water and/or Wastewater quality requirements
Complete Root Cause Analysis
Complete optioneering of solutions
Comply with the corporate Risk and Value process
Ensure adherence to standard products and technical standards, including minimum asset standards
Complete and comply with operational site Health & Safety requirements
Produce and support completion of CDM documentation
Work with operational teams, contractors and colleagues to deliver capital projects across the Anglian Water region

Requirements

What you’ll need

Appropriate engineering qualification or membership of a professional body, or equivalent experience
Proven technical experience within a relevant Water or Wastewater environment
Knowledge of Health & Safety (H&S) and Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations
Experience managing a capital budget
Experience of project planning, delivery and site supervision
Root cause analysis to identify suitable solutions
Good IT literacy
Experience with M2i, SAP and Power BI is desirable
