About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess and respond to planning applications
Guide future developments within the region
Help ensure growth is sustainable and flood risk is managed effectively
Act as the first point of call for customers
Deliver high levels of customer service while tracking required timeframes
Identify critical development sites
Liaise across the Planning & Capacity team to ensure appropriate risk management
Influence planning decisions and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local planning authorities and developers
Perform data-led analysis, such as GIS analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Able to perform data-led analysis (e.g. GIS)
