About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess and respond to planning applications
- Guide future developments within the region
- Help ensure growth is sustainable and flood risk is managed effectively
- Act as the first point of call for customers
- Deliver high levels of customer service while tracking required timeframes
- Identify critical development sites
- Liaise across the Planning & Capacity team to ensure appropriate risk management
- Influence planning decisions and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local planning authorities and developers
- Perform data-led analysis, such as GIS analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fantastic, adaptable customer service skills
- Confident decision-maker
- Able to perform data-led analysis (e.g. GIS)

- Flexibility for part-time work may be available
- Ability to work on-site at least 1 day per week and occasionally travel to other Anglian Water sites
