About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead robust contract management and administration of consultancy framework and NEC contracts.
- Implement contract management strategies and assurance frameworks.
- Provide commercial leadership to the teams.
- Manage change control, resolve contractual issues, and ensure compliance with payment and procurement processes.
- Oversee supply chain frameworks and project performance through reporting and governance activities.
- Act as a key decision-maker within your remit and drive best practice across the supply chain.
- Foster a collaborative, open culture across teams and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- HND or Degree in construction/engineering/science subject
- NEC3 or NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation - desirable
- Demonstrable experience in contract and commercial management.
- Demonstrable project management knowledge and experience of a design and construction environment
- Demonstrable working knowledge of NEC contract management tools.
- Experience in managing individuals within team
- Experience in carrying out assurance activities within an NEC contract
